Commercial and Property Litigation Vacancy
A solicitor is required with 7 years plus post-qualification experience to assist Litigation Director, Jason Williams, in our Litigation Team. Candidates will be LPC graduates or equivalent and have experience in commercial litigation, insolvency (corporate and personal), residential/commercial landlord and tenant and property litigation generally. The work can be varied and include contract claims, sale of goods, Companies Act claims/derivative proceedings, bankruptcy/insolvency, injunctive applications, common law and chancery work. Within the field of landlord and tenancy/property litigation, instructions regularly encompass breach of covenant/right of way disputes, security of tenure issues, dilapidations, possession (commercial and residential) proceedings, social housing, constructive/resulting trusts, business lease renewals and agricultural property disputes. In addition to experience in the above practice areas as an essential requirement, an excellent work ethic, commercial awareness, an ability to use personal initiative and enthusiasm to learn will all be integral requirements of the role.
